A Poor Man Travels to Las Vegas Nevada after his unsuccessful Lake Superior voyage in search of a treasure.

The Poor Man said to himself, "I must live like the rich & famous. I have been told that a Penny Saved is A Penny Earned,  and that people have made thousands, even millions working for one of the many companies in Las Vegas, Nevada.  But a penny, have I none; nor a car to drive to Vegas." Very depressed the poor man took a long walk alongside the road, his head hung low.  After several minutes of walking he found a penny. Then another. Then many more thereafter. Miraculously, his spirits were lifted. His brain shifted into full gear. He walked a bit further and noticed a man mowing his lawn on a riding mower. "That’s it!" he exclaimed.  I will sell my homemade sail boat, buy a riding lawn mower, borrow a Wal-Mart shopping cart and head off to Vegas, collecting pennies along the way. And that is what he did.  Leaving from the shore of Lake Superior, was a long, hard but prosperous westward journey. By the time he reached Vegas, his shopping cart was full of pennies. The poor man was very tired and hungry after his long trek. He stopped at the first hotel that he came to and parked his lawn mower between two a Mercedes Sports Coupe and a shiny silver Jaguar. Excitedly, he pushed his cart through the sliding doors of the ritsy hotel. Despite his raggedy, weather beaten clothes, the poor man strutted straight up to the reservation desk, trailing the shopping cart by his side; as proudly as a peacock displaying its feathers. He looked at a brochure describing many different room options. He then looked at the clerk and said I would like to stay in this room on the tenth floor for one week. The clerk replied, "That will be five hundred dollars". The poor man nodded his head and started taking pennies out of his shopping cart and handing them to the clerk one at a time. After several hours, they finally counted five hundred dollars worth of pennies. The Poor Man stayed at the hotel and looked for work until he was down to his last penny. Leaving the hotel he stopped by the fountain, made a wish and was about to toss the penny, but suddenly was stricken by the light of reality. A big smile came across his face. He slowly reached down and gently placed the penny into his pocket. As the poor man left the hotel he mumbled these most famous words:
“A Penny Saved Is A Penny Earned”.
Stay tuned for the continuing saga of the poor man’s dilemma in his search to find wealth...

Las Vegas is a fun place to visit. Although it doesn't have to be this way, many a poor man has ventured there hoping to strike it rich- and has come up empty handed. My advice- go enjoy the sites and the food and don't end up like this poor man. Check out: creativeconcepts4u.net
